Many of us have spent our lives dreaming of being someone different, doing something special, or just plain being happy. while traditional dream analysis often focuses on the fears and uncertainties bubbling just beneath our conscious lives, the real power of dreams is in their connection to Spirit.  Spirit permeates our subconscious, and if we look and listen closely we will find many nuggets of truth about ourselves, our life's purpose, and our right next steps on our journey. all we need to do is be willing to look at what our spirit is telling us and listen to the guidance coming from within our own hearts. Our dreams don't just lead us away from our fears - more importantly, they lead us to our heart's passions.

I have spent many years developing my own spiritual practice, and using it to be more aware of the guidance coming from within. While the modalities and activities that I have worked with have changed over the years, connecting with my dreams has remained a constant. I have found that my dreams are an excellent source of information, guidance, understanding, and symbolism. they help me validate my conscious feelings, provide a more primitive view of my desires and fears, offer me another way to see a situation, and always provide me with a direct connection to spirit.
